	- match "spam" and "ham" at end or beginning of subject, so that
	  systems that spam-tag the submission still match too
	- show subject in usage message, if non-empty

	- hide "perl" prefix from ps listing
	- report success/fail only if something to report, so when
	  usage message has been sent it doesn't say "failed"
	- parameterised getting the subject
	- empty HOME env var for perl taint checks
	- match subject start, not whole subject for words "ham" and "spam"
	- send a usage message if neither "ham" nor "spam" are in subject
	- fixed bug in formulating response message
